Trevor graduated with a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He works with adolescents and adults experiencing issues of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, anger, low self-esteem, and relational difficulties. He believes that the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process and makes a conscious effort to help clients feel valued and heard throughout the counseling process. Trevor emphasizes an integrative therapy approach drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, family systems therapy and strength-based approaches. Trevor has received certification in Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP) techniques, which specializes in delivering evidence-informed services to aid in client’s recovery. In addition, he is certified to offer Hypnotherapy to manage an array of mental health concerns. He is currently receiving professional supervision as he works to gain licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
