Molly is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She graduated from Bellevue University, Bellevue, NE with a double Master’s in Human Services and Clinical Counseling. Molly provides a wide range of mental health services including diagnostic assessments, individual, couples, family, and school based mental health therapy. Molly is trained in DC 0-5 diagnostic assessments for children birth to five. She has experience working with ages 2 ½ years through adult in residential, school, and outpatient settings. Her background includes working with individuals having traumatic histories, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, attachment related issues, and social and emotional difficulties. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy techniques, various trauma processing techniques, and mindfulness as a way to process through life’s difficulties. She is trained in Brainspotting which focuses on the connection of the brain and body to process past experiences. She currently is in the process of becoming certified in TF-CBT and MAP. Molly can also assist in integrating ones faith or beliefs into their treatment. She provides a holistic approach to therapy, focusing first on the therapeutic relationship.
