Trevor graduated with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing issues of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, anger, low self-esteem, and relational difficulties. He believes that the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process and makes a conscious effort to help clients feel valued and heard throughout the counseling process. Trevor emphasizes an integrative therapy approach drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, family systems therapy and strength-based approaches. He is currently receiving professional supervision as he works toward gain licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
