Katarina (Kat) is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker providing both Outpatient and School Linked Mental Health Services.  Katarina graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Gender and Women’s Studies, and Bachelor of Science in Social Work.  Katarina gained professional experience as a county social worker while advancing her education and attaining her Master of Social Work degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Katarina places emphasis on developing a safe and supportive environment to help foster the healing and growth for individuals she works with.  Areas of particular interest include anxiety, depression, stress, relational difficulties, identify development, personality disorders, grief, and traumatic histories.  Katarina utilizes a strengths-based, holistic therapy approach drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.  Katarina is currently receiving professional supervision as she works toward gaining licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
