Deb Latzke is the Director of School-Linked Mental Health. Deb completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Southwest Minnesota State University, followed by her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling at Minnesota State University-Moorhead. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy. Deb is a Nationally Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT), and she is the Supervisor of Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP) in which she also holds certification.

Deb provides diagnostic assessments, individual, and group therapy for youth and adults. She specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy, and utilizes strengths-based holistic therapy. Deb primarily implements hypnotherapy in areas related to trauma, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Her background includes work with individuals who have traumatic histories, severe and persistent mental illness, personality disorders, depression, grief, and substance use.
